Simple Answer to Simple Question:-
Malware = CAN Virus = CAN'T Malware as in Trojans, Dialers, Spyware, Adware etc... Virus is a different "Genre". Cheers! |

spybot is software to detect malware like natakaasd said. to detect viruses, use Anti Virus software  |
