From previous event, lowyat plaza seems very sensitive with CPU price changes. In fact, the previous price cut get updates earlier than the announce date.

Intel price cut won't happen in PC Fair KL. Its a week before the official date. If yes, i'll be very surprise like everyone else.

Not really free. Got 10 A.M class. No i wont go this year pc fair. Not this month. Perhaps the end of year pc fair i might be going. Nothing really caught my interest except,we might be seeing mid range DX10 card from Nvidia.

do u guys think theres any chance that the price cut take into affect a few days before the 22nd at low yat shops? hehe. because im currently in melbourne and i wanna buy a new pc.. my friend coming over 23rd and hes gonna bring over the parts.. abit the hard to buy 1 day before la.. hahah.

the announced price cut by intel is for reference only. they can't force retailers to sell at that price unless many retailers fixed a price then it's a crime, price fixing.

but if many retailers already sell it at lower price, any sane retailers will also sell at lower price just to be competitive and since they got the supply at lower price.

everybody telling the price will drop..
