in my experience buying PC parts so far... it's memang like that wan la...even if not tomorrow drop...next few months should drop also...

Yeah agree with Kevyeoh...PC hardware is a comodity now a days, their value will always be going down and it will start dropping once you take the PC home. The only piece of hardware that seems to buck this trend is ram...sometimes it shoots up sky high...but only once every couple of years due to ram supply and demand.

Any idea when C2D prices will start to drop?

heard that E6320 (true conroe with 4MB L2) will be USD163 a piece.. not a big changes from E6300 price.. shall see

i think dual core Brisbane 65nm x2 3600+ at USD76 has good value.

I just bought Kingston 1gb 677mhz DDR2 ram for RM184 but I add in RM5 for one to one warranty and I lucky I did that cz my ram fail me on the second day of intense testing. lol

any c2d performance already quite good so what's the point unless you really do processor intensive stuff. 22april price drop normally announcement only, it will take some time for it to trickle down to consumer.
