Worth to buy Bennington Residences @ Sky Arena, Setapak (Sky World developer)? Is this developer good? Any opinion?

RM718K that is around RM580/sqft, which is pretty much standard in GK.. if you plan for own stay i think the location is very good as near to city except for the crazy rush hour traffic.. but can take Duke via Ayer Panas..

I guess only thing i don't about the location is the surrounding as you can count how many high rise there is along GK.. well its just my own opinion..

btw i think you have typo on the maintenance fee
