Look, it's simple really.
Over at West you have your boogieman card that BN like to play. Cina la, yahudi la. Over at Sarawak same modus operandi really, except boogie man is UMNO la, West Malaysia lah.
Truth is in Sarawak businesses are controlled by a select few. And this select few don't like competition from outside because they like the easy monopoly they have. So out comes the boogie man card. With nobody questioning the logic of it. If UMNO come who will vote for it? If West businesses open here, wouldn't new jobs be created? The only one that suffers is the old order.
Unfortunately sarawakians too thick to realize really. They're no different from the kampung UMNO, they want to feel proud over trivial stuff like can make largest bubur pedas or whatever.
