Dear sifus that willing to hear me out.
Im in a bind now.
Seems like for the sake of development, even if your house are near mountains or reserve forest will not be spare from unscrupulous developer from build HW.

Just this week, i notice that the mountains behind my house are been clear and become botak due to land clearing.
Thus, I checked with my neighbors and found some development news on the internet that said, a HW in-progress and a FLY-OVER BRIDGE ACCESS will be build ON-TOP of our housing main access road!

Good bye to my peaceful live surrounded by mountain, forest, slightly better air...

To my nightmare, my house from the propose fly-over bridge are around 500 meter in distance but my front door is not facing directly to it. Its still worse non the less.

Now come to my questions and doubt:
1. Will the value of the property drop significantly due to this? if Yes, can give me % indicator?
2. Will the rental become lower due to this also?
3. Despite all the craps, will improve accessibility due the HW will bring any good?
4. Any other craps that i need to take note about?

Thank you in advance.

where is your location ?

value depends on various factors

- if near the access to highway, might attract more tenants / buyers
- if a lot of dust (during construction / from cars) then its less attractive.
- initial years (until highway completes) will probably be troublesome and congested (due to construction)

keep an open mind about it. maybe can sell for more money, and you can move on to somewhere quieter.
