Dissapointed with Honda SC today

Had my 10k service (free service package)

Initially they said only do oil change (no oil filter) and with Fully Syn 0W-20 and the SA said they oil comes from a drum. Fine

When I got the car however, they replaced the oil filter (but they didn’t charge me, so that’s cool) but they gave me mineral 10W-30 which comes in a bottle

My door handles were also covered in grease and they actually changed my radio station and aircond settings and vent locations

I mean...you’re in it for a few minutes max, there’s really no need to kacau people’s car like that

Definitely writing a strongly worded mail to Honda MY. So pusing2 cakap

they changed to mineral oil then kacau2 ur aircon, radio and vent setting?

Well you see, I know the free 2 year service is Mineral oil in the first place. But if so, they really shouldn’t have put 0W-20 fully synthetic and explained to me it was from a drum

And when I came to the car, the door handles were black from engine oil marks, and there was a bottle of 10W-30 on the front passenger seat, and I was there like....they should’ve just explained to me that they f*cked up, that’s better.

The mechanic didn’t even bother to turn off my ac and radio too if you were wondering. That’s kinda rude

Ok bro, when the picanto can beat the 32km/l highway cruising hybrid + EV silence + engine&transmission giving 1400rpm @ 80km/h (quiet cruising) + strong AC compressor + spacious passenger section + completely flat passenger footwell + complete fold down and fold up passenger seats + spare parts within 2 weeks let me know ok ?

Bro, you’re replying to a Kia salesman. Best to ignore him.

There’s two accounts (This account and Lengzai95) running around and spamming other forums on how Rio/Picanto/Cerato are the best cars out there

Other forumers ignore them too 🙈

Hi all,

Is the V spec worth it? From what i see the major differences (from E spec) are:
- 2 more airbags
- half-leather seats + steering + gear
- paddle shift and cruise control
- bigger rim

And that's it? (there are some minor differences too but probably not significant)
Those features alone worth the 6k price tag?

Hi, is anyone driving E or S or Hybrid spec noticing the speedometer VS Waze GPS speed display is wrong when driving at "80 km/h" ? Speedo needle shows 80 km/h, but Waze says ~75 km/h...
Anyone got this ?

Yeah got another confirmation from other Jazz Hybrid users also...
メーター誤差
車両のスピードメーターが60km/hのとき、OBD2読みやGPSの実速度は56km/h前後です。
誤差は概ね6~7%の過大表示。(GP6の185/60R15タイヤの場合。)

"Parameter error
When the vehicle's speedometer is 60 km/h, Read OBD2, GPS rate is 56 km/h around.
Error is approximately 6-7% excessive display. (If the GP6 185 / 60R15 tires. )"

sos

Sept 2013, he reported that.
Local Jazz H released August 2017. 4 years never fix. Dafuq Honda ?

It’s normal. There will always be some variation from the speedometer to the gps speed.

honestly the complain on the speedo error is not actually an error..its normal..the person who complain bout it like first timer buy own car only??

even every gps device that detects the speed varies from each other..no such thing 100% accruate

The OBD is reporting the same values as the GPS... Speedo showing is 80 at 75 km/h, and 60 at 55 km/h. That is 6% and 9% off the actual readings (2v1 majority vote).
The reason I'm voicing out is because the i-DCD shifts at exactly 30 km/h, 40 km/h, 60 km/h and 80 km/h when accelerating gradually.
If the car is cruising just 1±2 km/h under that, the engine rpms reaches and maintains at 2,200 rpm which is NOT fuel efficient. Engine rpm drops back down to 1,600 rpm once it upshifts 2 km/h later.
We're writing a guide telling others to drive at 60 km/h and 80 km/h for efficiency reasons.
If they follow the speedo (which they will), they will be travelling at higher rpms than suggested and burning more fuel rather than reducing fuel usage. It's counterproductive.

To sum up, any i-DCD owners, your speedos are whacked. Eyes on the instant FC cluster and pulse slightly above 60, 80 for max efficiency.

I think u need to start think more simple. Hybrid car is naturally fuel saving and was created for fuel saving purposes. No need to go so detail bout KM/H and RPM or DCT function or nature or character or wateva to be honest.

The car is high tech enough and the ECU is smart enough to calibrate and learn your driving pattern to suits your driving style.

And every car/brands/model peed (in meter not sure bout OBD so no comment on OBD) varies from each other. And I've tested same Garmin GPS device driving in the same car but the KM speed is slightly different by bout 2KM - 3KM and the different is so marginal.

Engine RPM also doesn't determine the shifting timing of any gearbox even in DCT. It still depends on the method or the reassure you put on the pedal gas/driving pattern.
Eg: If you drive gradually slow from 0KM - 60KM, the gearbox will shift maybe from 2nd gear to 3rd gear at their optimum level RPM, lets say bout 2K rpm (Example only). But if you drive aggressively 0KM - 60KM, the gearbox might not shift from 2nd gear to 3rd gear at 2K rpm. It might shift at 2.5K or maybe 3K or higher.

In conclusion, every car/driver got their own style and road to drive. A lot of factor whether is internal or external determine the fuel efficiency of a car and its very difficult to judge. So the 5KM variation from speedo meter and OBD doesnt give any much different.

Dont judge just based on the readings by 6% - 9% bro, end of the day only 5KM variance. Percentage doesnt respresent everything. 5% of RM100 is small amount compare to 2% of RM100,000.

Can you even save 30KM per full tank by driving your method? Is it justifiable?

I drive Jazz pre-FL 2016..if seldom tekan can reach 580KM - 600KM..if always tekan 500KM - 520KM

No fuss bout it. Cheers bro
