try playing games without the ethernet cable connected

saving/loading games when u r 100% offline is much quicker. (applies to dead rising, [eM] & blue dragon). dunno y the 360 feels the need to access their server everytime u r loading/saving games tongue.gif tongue.gif

To update your achievements and gamerscore I guess....

Cause it needs to check with your online content for updates, etc. etc. So if your line is slow thus loading will be a bit slow too.

in dead rising, only when loading from the title screen is slow. (it is checking for those DLC costume keys)

however, the weird thing is [eM] | 8 saves slot & blue dragon | 30 saves slot. it is not slow loading a game, it is slow loading the "gamesaves selection" menu. it seems to be checking/verifying the time-stamp on each and every gamesaves rclxub.gif rclxub.gif
