Fruits has health benefit due to the fiber components in the fruit itself. Turning it into juice remove that component, so it's essentially just become sugar drink.

If you want to take care of your health through other means than plain water, drink seltzer water.

Those nutrients aren't beneficial enough to compensate for the amount of sugar you're consuming.

Depends. Just don't throw all those "waste" away.
Or better yet, just use a blender and make smoothies instead -- healthier and make you feel full.
