Alright, just placed an order on Infinite 150, hopefully I can use it this week.

The website is definitely having some hiccups and I suspect it has something to do with "connect".

Did payment 3 times, twice was a failure, 3rd did on other browser, it went through.

Just received my Infinite 150, surprisingly I can't activate the simcard after 3 hours of trying.

Called them up but they say I need to be a DiGi customer and I totally can't trace back the number I pick.

The sim pack should have the phone number, no? Call them again and give your sim car number. Inform that you bought the plan online and let them check.

It's just a GDex package, sim card in an envelope and that's it.

From the sim card there's no indication of number, only serial and PUK number.

Yes I did receive it.

CS said tracing transaction number is out of his league but after waiting and holding on the line he managed to help me file a report on this matter.

Should expect the service to resume/activate within 24 hours.

For now, I'll have to rely on my depleting Maxis datapool.

It is, a telco company constantly having timeout error on their website and I was logged out a lot of times just by refreshing.

I suspect it has something to do with the "My connect" lah.

The average speed is hovering around 5mbps, on tethering.

Update: I got frustrated this morning that I still have to rely on my Maxis datapool, I called Digi CS and I key in my digi number and it worked! While holding the line I thought that maybe there is something, probably the number is already in the database? I did a restart on my phone and it worked.

Yes already did, now I did a test and the speed is gradually degrading.

Nope, not done with them, the wifi tethering (1 laptop 1 smartphone), the data connection would drop after 10 minutes or so.

Used two different devices to tether, same result. confused.gif

You should be receiving an e-receipt, I got mine after I made the payment. If not, then yours are not registered in their database, which sucks btw.

You should probably check with your bank, that amount should be refunded.

I did my transaction 4 times, the 4th time only went through.

If you're able to retain some sort of reference no. (transaction number or bank transaction), you may call them up or head to the nearest DiGi center to solve this. Though I doubt that the DiGi helpline has any USEFULNESS at the moment since we new/potential users are not able to get help, perhaps you can try your luck there. (I called them but I was asked to key in my digi number which I don't have, I dial the "promotion" line instead.)

Or,

You can check with your bank whether if the amount has been refunded, if yes then just get a new line.
