Bagi sejumlah pengguna Digi, mungkin anda menghadapi masalah rangkaian sejak daripada petang tadi. Berkongsi mengenainya, Digi mengatakan mereka mengalami masalah dengan tenaga elektrik, dan sedang dalam proses bekerjasama dengan pihak Tenaga Nasional Berhad sejak petang tadi – dan kini ia telah dalam proses baik-pulih.
Sejumlah perkhidmatan telah sedia baik-pulih secara berperingkat bermula pukul 9.30 malam tadi. Walaubagaimanapun, menurut Digi, sekiranya pengguna masih mengalami masalah rangkaian, anda diminta untuk memulakan semula telefon anda.
Digi mengatakan beberapa perkhidmatan seperti MyDigi, khidmat pelanggan, pembayaran dan juga tambah-nilai masih mempunyai masalah – dan sedang dalam proses baik-pulih.
Bagi anda yang menggunakan talian Digi, sekiranya anda mempunyai masalah, mungkin boleh cuba memulakan kembali peranti anda, dan mungkin boleh nantikan sehingga esok untuk mencuba membuat pembayaran atau tambah-nilai.
