How long does it take for you guys to Change plan, until you receive the service ?
and
How long until you receive the Simcard if you're applying for new service

I feel that Digi150Infi will end soon, i'm going to sign the 150 tomorrow, before infinite become " promo ended " again like the 80, i missed my chance on the 80....

Update: I got frustrated this morning that I still have to rely on my Maxis datapool, I called Digi CS and I key in my digi number and it worked! While holding the line I thought that maybe there is something, probably the number is already in the database? I did a restart on my phone and it worked.

what plan are you getting with only 5mbps ? the Digi80 ?

I've ordered online and so far did not receive any receipt or do I get any emails for the E-receipt. Should I be worried? Anyway for me to confirm my order? I've paid the 318 advance payment and after entering everything, I just redirected me to " https://store.digi.com.my/storefront/receipt.ep " but there's no receipt on page.

And an update, surprisingly, I have just gotten the upgrade to Digi80 infinite plan just now after 4 days I last applied and even though the digi website crashed when I applied, thinking i didn't manage to get the upgrade

It did, no payment is needed for changing of plans, but the email is greatly delayed, making me think that i've missed the promo

@JJKTP , i see, so how many days has passed for you ? And im not sure for my case whether to wait 7 days starting from the date i received my email or when i applied....

I've checked with my bank, and the RM318 has gone through, but so far i dont even have the email or the sms, I'm stuck in limbo...
