I wish digi would bump up the quota of RM8 "unlimited" to 30gb instead of 20 currently. Tethering it for Astro on Demand (because screamyx takes forever to get finished downloading)

Astro on the go does not count in the video freedom? If so the video freedom is a good deal for Astro on the go streaming too.

Not too sure what is happening to digi. While I was at Mount Austin in JB this recently, Digi network tends to hop around a lot, from LTE to 3G and then to EDGE and happen all over again. Not sure if anyone is experiencing the same like mine.

I ported over from U Mobile to Digi - much to my surprise in my area U mobile has faster speed than Digi - weekends is worse, I'm getting less than 5 Mbps compared to previously U Mobile at around 15Mbps to 25 Mbps

I have umobile in the same area too... but it doesn't seem to be faring too well either. Plus Umobile's 4G network looks like have been stagnant for quite some time...

Does anyone know if listening to 988 online radio will incur data charge to normal data bucket or the music freedom bucket?

This is what I worry about too cause Digi seems like changing their plan very often...

Guess need to walk into their center for more clarification before deciding...

I guess Digi is just testing the limit of the public. If nobody is complaining about the misleading statement, they will be free to lure more confused consumer into the plans. Something has to be conveyed to them this is not right.

May I know which app/software you use to measure this?
I personally went to The Gardens Digi centre and ask about this. 1000min should be more than enough for normal monthly usage, unless you are in the sales line. Bare in mind, under their T&C, it stated clearly that digi reserved the right to amend the 1000 min without prior notice to their users...
I'm quite keen to MNP 2 of my sublines from Maxis to this plan. But I'm still concern that I need to reload both the numbers every month otherwise might risk not able to continue enjoy this plan if one day Digi decided to remove it.

I was told by the personnel at digi centre that I can use their MyDigi app from my own phone(not a digi user) and reload both of the prepaid numbers. She say something about setting up the mydigi app in either one of the prepaid number phone.

Anyone has any idea how this suppose to work? Just not feeling comfortable to buy the vouchers every month...

Of course they have the right to do that but consumers also have the right of not being misled. When you pose a limit and call it 'unlimited', it's definitely not right.

For 'unlimited' data plan, what will happen after the quota exhausted? User will be surfing at slower speed, that's fine and still reasonable to be qualified as unlimited; but for 'unlimited' call plan after 1000th minute and what will happen to the call service? I presume it's either start changing you base on the normal rate or they cut off the service immediately? Then this is not 'unlimited'.

Was at Bandar Manjarala at night. Had my dinner and found out Digi 4G is there but the connection is slow like turtle. FB pictures hardly can load.

I had the same issue like that when I was at Aeon Bandaraya Melaka and was having late lunch near tang Shiau outlet yesterday. Not sure whether it was temporary service outrage or the capacity couldn't really cope with the demand. It was fine when I switched to 3G manually though.

Seriously all needs to do something serious..
Like upgrade their network & add more capacity...
Users base is getting bigger, but infrastructure same bangwall.gif

Maybe they are envisioned to run the similar business model like Taiwan which they just offer unlimited mobile data in the main package, yet only small number of subscribers are facing slower connection.
