Problem seemed resolved after I restarted the modem router. Before this can't ping Facebook.com, after that can ping already but goes to different ip address. Maybe DNS not well refreshed.

Guys, if complain on low signal inside building, can DiGi do anything? or need the building management to get in touch with them. The low signal problem is causing my battery to drain like crazy. btw could this low signal in building caused by nearby construction?

Digi can't do anything if the building management refused to install indoor booster.

From digi website , i know that for digi prepaid best user , we can get total of 6gb free internet with min spent of rm1 per day . I'm wondering will we get free lite internet (something similar to IDD internet club) for free ?

Never know that my Broadband modem need to restart like my previous streamyx modem as well My Broadband modem is running 24 hours at home and never switch off or restart before...

Yes, 500MB basic internet per calendar month. It's available whenever your line is active.

How about digi prepaid live? Free lite Internet available ?

Yeah, I believe it's the same as far as this feature is concerned.

I though digi prepaid live only provide certain quota of free high speed Internet when u reload a certain amount... And no free lite Internet available ? For example, if I reload rm30, I get 2gb web surfing for free how about once I exceed the 2gb quota ? I will be charged based the amount I used ? Or I still can continue browsing with no additional charges ( free lite Internet ) ??

Would like to check with those using Digi Broadband 30 or 60 package, the Youtube StreamFree currently is still 10GB or 50GB quota (no specified)?

Only know the BB100 package has 50GB StreamFree quota but saw from somewhere that looks like BB60/30 also without specified total StreamFree quota now, so could be at 50GB as well.

Now, there is Free Social Internet at 64kbps with a quota of 500MB per month. This applies to both Best and Live plans. If you exhaust the quota and do not have any other internet quota, your internet access will be blocked.

Government buildings. If you check in Kuching Sarawak, those ministry's buildings in Petra Jaya usually has poor indoor signal not only DiGi, but also Maxis. Celcom never try yet.

Do you mean the free Internet is for social messaging only ? Tat means I can't surf the internet for free after exceed the quota ? Previously , I can still surf the data at low speed for free using IDD club

Social is just Digi's name. You can use how you like, only the speed is 64kbps.

OK, thanks for the info.... I would like to change to prepaid live now albeit the call rate and SMS rate is a bit high... But the free 2gb Internet is irresistible....
