Uh guys, I opted to "Change Plan" on Sunday, and received an email titled "Digi Change of Plan Application". It says I will receive an sms notification alert within 7 days after I successfully change the plan.

I noticed some of you guys received new sim cards, I assume you guys registered for new plans or ported in?

I wanna port to infinite 80 from webe via digi website ,but its says overdue, which is weird since my webe account shows zero due

Yes, just tell them to activate since it have no harm to you. If your phone support VoLTE then you will connected to VoLTE, if not then it will still working as it is. BTW, I'm using Mi MAX with VoLTE enabled.

How soon will Digi ship out the simcard? Placed order this morning.

I just called CS. VoLTE need to call in to activate it. And now my xiaomi mi max can show VoLTE but cannot make any call. Need to do few test.
From Digi FAQ.

The extra storage will expire on 30th April 2017. What happens after that?
You will still be able to see your photos and videos in Capture, but no longer able to upload new ones.

Received "Server Error, try again later" when calling on VoLTE mode.
Switch off VoLTE, then can call on 3G mode.

Edit: Okay, found the problem. I can't called customer services number on VoLTE when do testing. Call other number on VoLTE no problem.

I'm planning to subscribe mobile internet package. Firstly,  i considered to subscribe broadband plan RM100 because i need a huge of internet quota.

However, when Digi lauched Postpaid Infinite 150, I'm confuse whether this postpaid plan is better than broadband plan itself. Since Digi state user can tethering unlimited. So, logically, it is worth for me to subscribe infinite 150 and install the sim in Digi MiFi. Or i misunderstand about this.

My priority is internet data only, because my area don't have fix line for internet. thanks guy.

yes..i want to use it as broadband.but i'm worry if infinite 150 has hidden terms if use for tethering compare original broadband plan.

I ported from XOX to digi on sat. Until now my XOX SIM card can still use. Don't know whether it's XOX problem or digi problem? How do i check? I do not have time to go digi center. Sucks.

I didn't do it online. I went to the SS2 Digi store to MNP.
