Any of u took digi family plan where u just add rm10 to monthly bill? Wanna ask how does it look like in the bill? Does it show ur postpaid plan or postpaid plan and family plan?

Got broadband 60 prepaid.

Slow still can browse internet, sometimes my data not moving at all. Need to off network and on back.

Just noticed that my old DG Smart Plan 68 6GB has been upgraded automatically to 8GB

my Deezer issue still havent solve , went to DiGi Centre they say their side Ok, can see my subscription, contact Deezer support they say Digi terminated my subscription.. haihh

give u 1000GB also no use ... every night 8pm - 12am also cannot use. i start to miss Maxis.

too many people keep on download heavy stuff sure congest lo... if maxis comes out with the same plan as digi i doubt tat the outcome will be same as digi... celcom did tat before and they take bck the feature. (unlimited burung hantu)

dont confuse with webe and celcom bro, webe just use celcom 3G and 2G line and webe does block p2p torrent and restrict streaming services to 2mbps but digi and xpax burung hantu no.

On the old Digi 75v postpaid plan and just discovered recently that the Music Freedom quota has been reduced to only 1GB! Thought it was a mistake, but chatted to customer service and they said the quota was revised. Did this happen to anyone else?

I am on Digi 78V postpaid plan and I still have 15GB music freedom. If next month my music freedom gets reduced to 1GB i will revolt.

Postpaid Promo 48 here, subs for it is confirmed at 1GB only.

Hi ,

I am deciding between Digi postpaid rm110 and broadband rm100 plan .

The card will be put into the FWT LTE and use as home internet .

Understand the broadband plan doesn't allow WhatsApp call , so I am more into the postpaid plan but with only 25G . Is it a good choice ? Am I allow to use multiple devices and use it for video steaming ? Thanks

May I know which apps or services that need to subscribe to VoIP RM5? All I know is whatsapp. Recently I subscribed to VoIP in order to use Skype but digi didnt deduct from VoIP quota.
