People complain too much 5mbps speed cap la, tethering must pay la, limit 5 device la, digi 4G line congestion la. digi canot tahan so closed the so call limited time promotion bye.gif

Yesterday googled whole night. the my conclusion is the hardware processor is LTE-A ready, maybe MIUI not ready. (same like processor support all range of band, but MIUI limit it. Possible it may required license, my guess)

Test Speed 1st at your location using Prepaid sim.

Then decide from there.

I've ordered online and so far did not receive any receipt or do I get any emails for the E-receipt. Should I be worried? Anyway for me to confirm my order? I've paid the 318 advance payment and after entering everything, I just redirected me to " https://store.digi.com.my/storefront/receipt.ep " but there's no receipt on page.

You should be receiving an e-receipt, I got mine after I made the payment. If not, then yours are not registered in their database, which sucks btw.

I was Digi new best v1 , If I don't mistake.Then i asked the guy in digi service center. He suggested me to change to this plan.Then pay the fee for transferring.😂And At that time, I didn't know anything.
So,the only thing, I want to know, is , Is it possible to change from Digi new best to the one which cost only 30+ Rm?
It seems ljke that I fell into digi's trap.😥

You should probably check with your bank, that amount should be refunded.

I did my transaction 4 times, the 4th time only went through.

Digi need to take it proper if they seriously want to sustain their method of buying by online. I do MNP via online the only thing that they send is just a simcard. Luckily, I join lowyat forum long time already. So for the next step I refer here.

Allo Digi... Just invest sikit by printing out what the customer have to do after that. A piece of paper, small paper pun cukup if you are so much cost saving.

Just shipped the simcard with the FORRCCKKINGG instructions. Otherwise, i just wait there the whole 2,3 days wondering when am i be ported out from previous telco

Used tu be like RM38. But at least current version of SLL comes with basic internet for 12 months.

And an update, surprisingly, I have just gotten the upgrade to Digi80 infinite plan just now after 4 days I last applied and even though the digi website crashed when I applied, thinking i didn't manage to get the upgrade
