yup.i agree with this. also at city area in seremban and melaka. in rural or almost rural area, can get 20-30Mbps.surprisingly,i can get 40Mbps in Rembau, kampung area with 4g.

Has anyone experienced abnormally slow speeds from digi recently? Say for the last 1-2 months. And it's getting worse this week.

Half the time YouTube, Reddi gifs, Instagram don't even load. Web browsing is slow. Speedtest.net gives me about 4-5Mbps which is in itself very slow for LTE.

Did something happen to Digi?

Yes lately with the school break Digi BB is slow almost the whole day, the only time that is fast is before 8am. Network is very congested. Digi need to upgrade network before offering infinite plans. It can only get worst and I don't see any improvement even after the school break.

Surprisingly Bandar Sri Damansara area already improved with no more sudden change to H+ or E coverage. I was complaining last time that it happened to me. When my gf using it now, it's OK wo....but the speed had been reduced from 10-20Mbps to below 10Mbps now.

Indoor coverage dropped (mentioned earlier) but outdoor speed from 30Mbps dropped to about 20Mbps!

Well, that's exactly the case in my area, too much users.

• not cut to micro/nano sizes

1. Go to a Digi Store (not Digi Store Express or Digi Specialised Store, they will charge you).
   
2. Look for the payment kiosk.
   
3. Choose your preferred language.
   
4. Insert your MyKad into the kiosk.  (If you don't have a MyKad, you need to get this manually done with the help of a CS officer, and bring your passport.)
   
5. Scan your thumbprint when prompted.
   
6. Remove your MyKad.
   
7. Choose SIM Replacement
   
8. Enter your phone number.
   
9. Your brand new SIM card in 3 sizes is ready for collection.
   

Even if you're not using a 4G phone at the moment, or a phone which is does not require a Nano SIM card to work, I recommend you to upgrade your SIM card now to "future-proof" it, so that when you eventually get a new phone, you are ready to use it straight away.

Since the connection here is already stable, time to get a new number and then use Digi as my 2nd sim! Maxis is still my preferred choice as my primary sim.

Yes. Really salute to those who really uses up that amount of data that much. I really tak boleh! Now a heavy downloader la, I depends a lot on Astro. Malas to download.

Yes. Speed played a big factor as well. Dun say Digi, even UNIFI also downloading quite slow.

I was Digi new best v1 , If I don't mistake.Then i asked the guy  in digi service center. He suggested me to change to this plan.Then pay the fee for transferring.😂And At that time, I didn't know anything.
So,the only thing, I want to know, is , Is it possible to change from Digi new best to the one which cost only 30+ Rm?
It seems ljke that I fell into digi's trap.😥
