Because 3G is too congested so your call are forced to be placed over the EDGE network. Since Digi doesn't support VoLTE for Android devices except Huawei Mate 9 so you can't actually place a call over LTE network.

For Digi 110 plan, is it possible to use 2 simcards and both getting unlimited weekend internet?
Thinking to put 1st sim card in my phone as daily usage, and weekend can utilize the quota via tethering on 2nd device.

guys, i just subscribed to Digi 110 plan. the weekend unlimited quota "limit" is how much? i remember there is certain usage limit, read somewhere before.
edit: nevermind found it. it is 100gb/month.

I guess really have to port out Digi after my contract ends since it's getting worse in my area, unlike when I first subscribed last years, used to get 10++Mbps even on Saturday nights but now can't even get 1Mbps, too much congestion huhu.

Digi is improving quite a lot now. And my previous bad experience with them because of slow speeds should be solved next week since they are upgrading the towers in my area now after I lodged complaint to them last week.

Finally updated to MyDigi 5.0.0

However, it seems like a step backwards.

• Can't log in to CONNECT.  Sometimes the app can see the number I'm on and lets me in, sometimes it insists on going through CONNECT which doesn't work.
  
• Can't see my other numbers because I can't connect to CONNECT.  Later I reinstalled old version of MyDigi and had no problems.
  
• When I first updated this morning I got a message saying my free 3x1GB will start 17 Mar.  And yet when I claimed this, it starts right today.
  
• No usage progress bar, unlike older version.
  
• Generally too bright; no dark theme option.
  
• I thought older MyDigi was slow.  This 5.0.0 is worse.
  

Overall lousy first impressions.  A big thumbs down from me.  👎

1) customer service
2) live chat
3) digi centre
4) put ur sim into iphone n wait

But.... Digi has disabled volte for s7 edge due to samsung issue

DiGi 4G Performance is the lousiest at my area despite having full bar signal.

The slowest network both in terms of download and upload speeds as well as latency times.

Report is by OpenSignal. My place despite being in the middle of a city but still no LTE-A coverage. What is DiGi's lousy network planning team doing?

You should consider​ yourself lucky. I get around 6+ Mbps compared to Maxis at 30+ Mbps and celcom at 15+ Mbps at my area in OUG.

Network congestion is rediculous for Digi. I have bad results in KL city center too.

hiya,  my DIGI internet still have 20gb quota left, but whenever i go online i get the whoops quota exceeded page, whatsapp, fb, all not working either.

went to digi centre, the person press press then say techinical issues. file a case, and ask me to wait 2 days for them to get back to me. weird thing is i tried purchasing the RM1 internet top up, and my internet works perfectly until i use up th 50mb quota then it goes back to the same problem.

wtf, 2 days??!! anyone facing same issues?
