On my new Digi app, I'm having a billing issue last night it showed I owe them $$ but today it is zero, nothing. Actually there should be surplus. Anyone having billing issue with the new app?

I'm on a family plan and we're planning on downgrading back to prepaid. Not everyone is staying in the same state, so getting everyone together to swap cards may be difficult. |

Plan Advance Payment RM 138 Upfront Payment RM 0 Monthly RM 138 Total Device Price RM 0 Device Advance Payment RM 1199 Due Today RM 1,337 Above is Samsung A5 package: want to ask there write there is Free Phone but is it i need to pay RM 1337 which is RM 1199 (Phone price) + RM 138 (Plan)? or RM 1199 is to LOCK the credit card then every month pay back to the credit card? Can anyone share with me. Thank you. |

I'm a former digi user, currently using umobile P98. A woman called me just now from a private number, she offers me RM15 discount on every month for the RM110 Digi postpaid. I have to pay only RM95 for 12 months. the woman demands my IC number if I'm willing to port-in back to Digi from umobile. Eventually they will send me the new sim card via postage.
Is it worth if compared to umobile P98's advantages which were video-onz.....apps-onz...30GB ? The women said Digi now offering unlimited video streaming too for any day same like umobile's video-onz service. However, I can't find any notice/evidence on the digi's website. My digi prepaid best doesn't seems to have FB unlimited. Still slow at 64kbps basic internet.
