If you have not received miui 8, your phone might using vendor rom. Go flash to global rom manually via miflash.

I can update.  At the moment,  there is miui v8 1.3 mhrmidi  waiting for me to confirm.  I haven't  tho because people say miui 8 will cause low battery performance.  Is that true?
*
No, I don't think MIUI 8 will give you low battery perfomance. If you encounter such problem in MIUI 8, try Reset the phone.

okay now. where to check vendor or non vendor rom.
mine is bught from satugadget ( which from my exp always flashed the global rom before send out )
*
Check if you have the phone shipped with latest version of Global ROM (compare to the latest Global ROM from MIUI website). If you stuck with older ROM and no update available for your phone (check via 'Settings>About Phone>System Updates') then you might have vendor ROM.

I just replaced my pregnant battery.

First I bought a battery which the seller advertise as genuine and cost me rm59.90. The average SOT is 2 and a half hours. AccuBattery app estimates the battery capacity only 2536mAh. I assume it fake and I ask for refund and the seller agreed.

I bought another one from different seller which cost me the same and this time AccuBattery estimates the capacity as 4147mAh. The average SOT is more than 5 hours.

How old was your RN3 that your battery has to be replaced?

QUOTE(abubin @ Jun 1 2017, 04:37 PM)
yah...i am curious too. So fast already bloated? You always charge the phone?

How old is yours? Mine bought last April when it was launched here. On average I charge once every night.

I bought my phone brand new last July. So it almost a year now. I frequently use power bank (Xiaomi & Pineng brand powerbank) to charge my phone. My habit is to charge this phone when it almost empty to 100%. I'm not sure if this contributed to the deterioration. My wife's rn3 which we bought at a the same time still in good health.

The seller have online shop both on Shopee and Lelong. However I bought the fake battery via Shopee since it have shipping discount. I don't want to discredit him/her since we'd deal many times and this fake battery issue, he/she resolved it quickly and nicely. icon_rolleyes.gif

How did u notice the battery degradation? SOT decreased? Lazy to pry the casing open to see the battery physically
*
My silicon casing suddenly cannot fully cover my phone. There I saw a gap between my phone backplate and the phone body.

U replaced the battery yourself?
*
Yes, it easy actually, you can search it on YouTube for guide.

I need a help here..

I already flash LineageOS+stock Gapps..

Can I flash lineageOS again to remove the Gapps?

or I need to flash stock MIUI 8 back and flash LineageOS again?
*
Format your phone via TWRP and reflash LineageOS. If you just reflash it without formatting, the Gapps will remain there.

Use Aroma installer from opengapps.org
this will let you manually choose what package you want to install/flash
