Guys, if FTP on xiaomi phone unable to be detected on PC...
What are the possible causes?
FTP to the phone keep timing out.
Firewall settings are Okay.
Are there any security or permissions that need to be granted to to Explorer app?

I just replaced my pregnant battery.

First I bought a battery which the seller advertise as genuine and cost me rm59.90. The average  SOT is 2 and a half hours. AccuBattery app estimates the battery capacity only 2536mAh. I assume it fake and I ask for refund and the seller agreed.

I bought another one from different seller which cost me the same and this time AccuBattery estimates the capacity as 4147mAh. The average  SOT is more than 5 hours.

BM46 batteries.

So if you guys need a new battery, I'm happy to recommend this Lelong's seller.

Hi, WTA if anyone got this problem like me.

after update to 8.5.3.0 (stable), the notice just keep pop up on the lock screen almost every few minutes.

usually, this notice only appear once after the update. how to disable the notice ?

Need help with unlocking bootloader, here's the detail

1. Did disable windows driver signature
2. Got the unlock permision
3. Flashed Global Developer (MIUI 8, 7.7.6)

then reboot the phone into fastboot & try unlock, i am unable to click the unlock button or should i wait for couple days?

edit: MI PC suite didnt show up my devices too, it said i need to update my device.....

What i mean, when my phone in fastboot & i type "fastboot devices" in CMD it shows my device. The problem is with the MI Unlock not detecting my phone

Hi guys, I bought my redmi note 3 in KL  in late July 2016 in one of hand phone shop in maluri.

Since the first day I used it has serious heat up issue whenever I am charging and playing game. The heat is unbearable, when you touch it it is like bowling water. I thought it was normal for xiaomi phone as I am a first time user. But my friend said it isn't.

So I want to know if the seller allows me to change one on one if within 1 year warranty? Or do I need to send for few days to repair? If it takes few days to repair I would rather not change as I am not staying in KL and have no backup phone to use.
