Just figured it out.

BODMAS in this scenario applies to divisions not percentages.
But I do agree, this falls in grey area. If you want to calculate from percentage, you need to explain what percentage is it referring to. Without clarifying what the 10% is from the formula looks incomplete or hanging.

The correct full formula should be 100-(10%x100). With this formula my Redmi Note 3 calculator shows 90.

WolframAlpha, windows calculator, and google calculator all show 90 for the 100-10% formula. It assumes the percentage refers to the 100.

Been using MIUI9 Beta for 1+ week already. So far ok. Occasionally GPS lose signal when playing Pokemon Go or navigating with Waze. But only temporary ... few seconds.

Not much noticeable change in battery life.

Security update patch to 1/9/2017.

Recent weekly update patched the KRACK WPA2 security risk.

IMO, worth the upgrade, even for Beta.

just notice my pictures in album gone missing.

gallery > album , there only album name, but all picture all gone.

any1 got this issue ?

Any good reason to update MIUI LHOMIDG 8.0.1.0 to newer?
Or just stick with this really old stock MIUI?

Oh and i thought my phone has gps issues. Previously before CNY my gps was okay no issues. after update to latest miui then got issues.

Umobile... But my missus using P10 and Umobile also no issue on GPS locking.
