I searched every single selection already, I have tried to search PRC, Republic of China, cant get also.

since no 8.2 update, i change region to india and get 8.1.6 1st..haha

additional app after install 8.1.6? Google DUO.

SD 650:
1.Better GPU (Adreno 510), so higher resolution displays supported.
2.2xA72 cores, which are massively powerful for current phone CPU
3.28nm architecture (Older, Heats up, Eats more battery)
4.Hexa Core (with 4xA53 for rest of the cores)

SD 625:
1.Bigger Camera resolution supported (24MP vs 21 MP)
2.Octa core, all A53 (though very less applications support multi threading at such an extent)
3.USB 3.0 supported
4.14 nm architecture (new, cooler, battery efficient)


SD 650 have 2 more powerful cores, but after continues long gaming sessions or heavy tasks it heats up more because of its 28nm architecture due to which processor throttle down its clock speed and don't work at its maximum efficiency.

SD 625 uses 14nm FINfet technology which is 2 generation newer than 28nm which make 625 more efficient. It consumes less battery and also heats very less.

Initially SD650 will perform little bit faster than SD625 but after heating up you may find SD650 lags in heavy tasks.

You should not compare processors supporting specifications like max camera and screen resolution, as you not going to buy a processor and customising your phone.

i am letting go my Redmi note 3 SD650 mi Malaysia set, bought on apr/2016. dropped twice onto the floor from my bed, about 2 feet from the floor.. very careful user...worn case and tempered glass SP since 1st day.
now keeping in drawer after switched to oneplus5, wondering how much does it worth? name me your offer..
there is a unnoticeable crack line (already cover by the phone case) at the chromed LCD frame, I believe it is caused by the falls...

to me, the mi cloud storage is too huge. I just consumed 5% of the available storage space.
