QUOTE(m|ng @ Feb 28 2007, 09:09 AM) Found a Sunpak Flashgun for my cam. Not the intelligent kind as my can got only 1 connnector on the hotshoe.. not TTL type.. Was offered rm90 for it. Think its worth it? Can take wideangle to telephoto shots. But the head can only point up and down..no swivel..is that a big issue? What model? As long as it has different aperture levels for its 'auto' mode (my Sunpak 383 has 3 auto modes + 1 fully manual mode) it's pretty usable. RM90 is pretty cheap.

I forgot to take down the model. But yea, theres an option to adjust the ISO and shutterspeed. But that unit looks old anyway... But i might be considering that Thinking of either a Polarizer or a Flashgun... 1 question, What happens if you plug a TTL flash into a non-TTL hotshoe? Does it work? And you cant use the 'auto' function on it rite?

if i'm not wrong a bigger aperture lets more light into the capturing mechanism which is good..
