my digi edge is very constant..easy to connect too! not l ike last time celcom 3g...need take sometime to connect... quite satisfy with it cos its stable and no control speed after 5gb dl..hope it will maintance all the good thing it got tongue.gif

Yeah mine too, seldom face problem.
Just that since last night's 3.00 a.m. until now I cannot connect to DiGi EDGE because DiGi is transferring its prepaid users to a new platform. Thus, there is interruption over there.
I called the careline and she said will be back within 24 hours. *Fingers crossed*
Using my apartment LAN connection now, pretty fast because everyone has gone back to hometown. laugh.gif

so fr here, i dare to say tat a USB modem is definately better than a mobile fon as the connecting device ( modem)

frankly if i were to use Umobile at this time of the day, i definately cannot achieve this speed, moreover my Windows Live Messenger juz log on automatically thumbup.gif  thumbup.gif
previously when i was using Umobile and Celcom......it was a pain  to log in sweat.gif  sweat.gif

*
Yeah, I am using my apartment line to online now.
Only DiGi prepaid is affected because they are migrating the users to a new platform.
Unfortunately D' Campus is a prepaid service so I am being affected indirectly. sad.gif
Anyhow, the careline person says it will be resumed in 24 hours. So far, 20 hours have passed and I still can't online.

Yeah, it is totally smooth to login to WLM, without any problem on EDGE. thumbup.gif

huarray... I have subscribed edge unlimited plan.. can't wait to use it two days later...

Just a stupid question: I use "diginet" to connect as edge and use unlimitedly?
*
Yes, correct.

I thought you are using EDGE only when it is peak hours for U-Mobile. Now should be very smooth for U-Mobile right? unsure.gif

Seems like the results stuck at the same download speed:

Most recent connection speed: user posted image

It seems the server shifting does have a little influence on my speed. Despite the little slow down but I managed to download nearly 400MB of file this morning. thumbup.gif

Download overnight?  tongue.gif
Usually I also did this  biggrin.gif One good thing is we don't have to worry about FUP.
*
Yeah, I also download overnight. laugh.gif
Because once I start to download things, I can't surf to the Internet because it sucks up lots of bandwidth. sad.gif

Yeah, no FUP is the greatest thing! rclxms.gif

Yup, once u are on EDGE, and u're downloading things, best not to interrupt it with surfing and etc
It will be quite an inconvenience plus it will affect ur downlaod speed as well
*
Yeah, so I will only leave it overnight, no hassle no trouble. biggrin.gif

Good to see that you are satisfied. tongue.gif
Little you know, I was using Celcom D98 too. That time it was having terrible upload speed, I couldn't upload my attachments to my email and also post on LYN. Got extremely frustrated! Not forgetting, the little 5GB allocation. Enough to do what? laugh.gif

So terminated it after it had so many problems this year, last year I was using it happily. rclxms.gif

Anyway, now on DiGi EDGE and I'm contented. icon_rolleyes.gif

Even my friends in DiGi's Engineering department can't assure me on this. smile.gif
They told me they are focusing on broadband first. smile.gif

All this while I used to get .37 IP address but recently it has switched me to .39. sweat.gif
I heard .39 is for Klang Valley users right? Please correct me if I'm wrong. smile.gif

Hi Kelv, I listen to BBC Radio 2:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/console/radio2

Even if it falls down to 32.1Kbps, is good enough for me as long as it's continuous.

Thanks! smile.gif

No problem on my side too. No buffer, no lag. biggrin.gif

I noticed Digi Edge latency has improved greatly from 400ms to about 180ms-220ms nowadays.

I wish Digi can lower their Edge charges from RM66 currently. RM30 would be good.  drool.gif
*
Well, for D'Campus and Fuyoh! users are enjoying only at RM 30/month. smile.gif

Connection down in Malacca area, called CS and they are acknowledged about this. Some parts of Kuching are affected too. Not sure of the real problem. I hope it could be rectified as soon as possible.
