Looks like need to change grill and bumper if need to use the new LED headlamp as the design is different from existing...
*
on visual roughly i see that the whole grill part on FL have similar measurement as current model..
if still cannot, i hope someone could do some mod coz the FL front bumper is ugly for my liking biggrin.gif

i see. even that eagle eye headlamp was claimed as plug & play, still void warranty eh? ok bos thanks alot  thumbsup.gif
*
honda warranty policy = anything u changed to ur car (except wear n tear parts) will void warranty

even changing rim also will give u problem during warranty claim

sucks right laugh.gif

but as long as u didn't cut any wire, u can replace the part with original one before claiming warranty

if im not mistaken, last time i asked and the staff told me it only void warranty for tht thing u changed. lets say i chg head unit, the warranty for head unit will b void but the rest of the car warranty still remain the same.
*
last time IIANM got 1 cr-z user change rim, then not long after that his gearbox spoilt

SC reluctant to change the gearbox coz they said it's because changing rim

this is what i hear la.. i might be wrong on this

but if u change the electronics part, if anything happens related to electronics they will blame the one that u changed also

to be safe, before going for warranty, make sure all parts are original from the 1st day u bought (except wear n tear)

The more high risk is the CVT since it was a failure in 4th Gen city...which Honda decided to exclude in 5th Gen...not sure if 6th Gen can be reliable as what Honda claimed..touch wood, no one encounter this yet... rest assure Honda Vtec engine very reliable and robust...smile.gif
*
in fb group already got person having GB issue

luckily within warranty period so can change.

the price shown on receipt is 14k-15k for GB

What are the symptoms of faulty CVT gearvox? Is it constant jerking...I felt my gearbox abit jerking a low speed or when I depress the pedal
*
most of them detect a problem by hearing noise on GB

for jerk one, a lot of user face it also after long mileage. better to confirm with SC on this. if they said it's normal then ask back why before this no jerk. maybe after reset ECU/TCU can solve the issue

if they still insist it's normal, make noise and email HQ..works everytime biggrin.gif

If price increase and no discount ok la..  brows.gif
But if we install the OEM, then worried about the warranty..
OK I know... later someone will advice to change to new car ..  biggrin.gif  laugh.gif
*
i think if we keep the original one should be ok

when want to claim for warranty, plug in back the original one

Hi guys. I just finished my car service at Honda. I complained about the back seat sometimes making metal noise when going through a bump with passangers(they had rectify it before by tighten the seat bracket previously). Upon checking, they mentioned that the back seat frame is faulty and they will change the whole back seat frame under warranty.
*
u r lucky ur sc can change new one
sc at my place just fix it last time i complain.but luckily the noise gone

Hi bros,
My car started leaking since 4 days ago after I passed through a hump in high speed and knocked underneath my car.
Went to check it was air con water leaking the mechanic told me it's normal but before this I never seen my car leak this much or even a single drop of water spotter at my car park. Whenever I park my car I see the trail of water ever since knocking into the hump incident. The vehicle is only 6 months old at 9600+ mileage clocked. Temperature everything is normal.

My question is , is there anything I need to be concern?
Edit : there is multiple trail of water because I went back and forth while parking
[attachmentid=8732460]
*
for me it's not normal
try to search for air con expert for further checking..normal case should be small water dripping only
afraid that something leaking

btw, where n how much u do the projector headlight? really nice
