Got my new city few days ago. Checked the car before the SA handed me the keys, and I'm positive to report that there are no visible imperfections (dashboard gaps and etc). Not sure how it compares to previous model, but the wind noise heard inside the cabin was acceptable when traveling on the highway at about 110km/h. When traveling on some bumpier roads, minor vibration noise was heard but it was so subtle that you wouldn't even notice if you turn the radio on. But one major complaint from me would be the noise produced when turning the steering wheel. I'm not sure what's the cause of it but it sounded like two rubbery surfaces running against each other. It's not loud but annoying. But yea, so far those are the major things that I've observed. Hope this helps.

Just a quick update. On some uneven road, the dashboard now rattles quite loudly. Will bring up this issue when i go for my first service. Sigh, hope it wont get worse.
