The car mat i bought from Brothers i think RM 130-150, forgotten. With HEEL PAD also. I'm satisfied with my purchased so far not moving at all, thinking my other car change to this mat as well cause having the same problem crumple on the driver side and the one i use are the one with studs.

Mind to share the link?

If speed hump was high then i say it probably the hump scraping ur underrun protector when ur suspension bottom out after front wheels went thru. I feel the suspension more bouncy when going at road bumps compared to my Persona.

As for krok sound, try this. Find a flat straight road, no radio or anything that makes noise or vibration inside car, then go straight from stationary position until about 40km/h. Its actually a muffled "thup" sound, that u should be able to hear.
*
I didnt notice the sound until i read the comments here. Yes, instead of 'kruk', it's 'thup' sound which i believe coming from the rear of driver side, at 40km/h.

Other than that everything is so far so good *touch wood*

Anyone aware about the price drop for Honda ?
The average price drop for City and Jazz is around 2k++

Same goes to Toyota.
*
Is it a price reduction or price not including car insurance due to new insurance policy?

Good comments. But this will be helpful too. ==>> https://www.driven.co.nz/news/news/revealed...ound-the-world/

For me, this is just for readig pleasure only. As the spec offered by each car manufacturer in each country is different. So not an apple to apple comparison. Manufacturer A leads in other countries doesnt mean it's the best in Malaysia.

Look at the spec offered by vios in Malaysia vs city. Then you know why the sales of city in Malaysia is way higher than vios.

Even city hybrid in japan is way more equipped with features like honda sensing which is not found in city hybird malaysia.

Conclusion is, do ur reading and some reseach, go test drive those models you like and decide on which model to go.

Just my 2 cents

Guys, anyone feel uncomfortable or their butt cramp when you sit on the leader seat in the new city FL?
*
I myself have no issue. Probably my size is relatively petite. I heard another forumer here complains that his E spec fabric seat is too soft, hence butt hurt and bodyache😅

I agree with you too. I sat on my friend's second generation city and the driver seat is not so soft n well supported. I drove from KL to JB no problem. After I bought my new city, the seat is really quite soft and feel less support.

Tend to have butt hurt coz I quite big size. This time I was driving around KL only.
*
Urs is leather or fabric seat? Try seat pad, maybe it could help to reduce the butt hurt? I'm petite and <60kg, so no issue for me.

Considering that the FL just launched this year and the massive discount given recently, the pre-FL value sure drop.
*
Yes, after FL is launched, basically pre-fl v spec is similar to FL e spec. Thats why the price drop is quite huge

Hi, I'm a newbie here and have been reading this thread for more info on this FLC before I commit to the sale.

I need some clarification on the FLC's HU. Can I stream and play my MP3 from my handphone to the HU via Bluetooth connection?
*
I play songs in my iphone using bluetooth connection with HU. so i guess the answer is a yes

It depends on your luck, touch wood so far so good for my FL V spec (1.5 months) except so called 'gap' issue which for me not too serious for my car

so far so good. but the noise from tyre and outside a bit loud..
*
Agree on the tyre noise. It's as noisy as my saga. If you change to other more quiet tyre, it will solve this issue.

For the external noise, for me it's still ok, but those sounds from heavy motors can be heard

yeah, i same thinking with u too.
v spec need extra RM7.5k pay, then not much different.
for LED head lamp can change to LED bulb  tongue.gif
*
The concern for modification is the warranty might be void. If you change ur fabric seat to leather, it might affect your airbags too. For me if u mod ur car, end up the money spend may cost more than 7.5k and u void ur warranty too.

Hence for me it's better to go for V spec if you afford it. Of course if not afford, that's the other story. if u r thinking to modify v spec, it will be the same for u to get v spec or e spec then.

I got 7k cash rebate when i purchased my v spec and got my car in 8 days. So for me it's a good deal and i dont have any intention to mod my car too

There are some forumers added "daun pisang" to reduce road noise.. Maybe we can have their review to see whether really much more silent or not...
*
Daun pisang is to reduce noise when the tyre hits those small stones or sands/uneven roads with sands/stones, not related to tyre sound.

And i remember he mentioned it do help, but with small extend only.

When you guy plan to get the V Spec did you guys consider Mazda 3? Mazda 3 is going less than 100k on the old stock. If you ask me i'll go for Mazda 3.
I also regret slightly.   laugh.gif
*
Actually i thought of that, but what drew me back is the maintenance fee for Mazda.....

Maintenance may be slightly more expensive, and parts availability could be an issue. Also svc ctrs are less than Honda and need to make 1 month appointment b4 go  shakehead.gif
Car-wise, built is better, materials perhaps better and Soulful Red is  drool.gif . But the Kodou design looks squashed on Mazda3 and interior space is small.
*
The car battery for Mazda alone is more exp right?
