QUOTE(8sg9ft @ Jun 30 2017, 10:04 AM) It might already be the standard in the car industry. I drove someone else's 3 series and another person's A3, the one touch signal is also 3 blinks only. Enough meh? that means once activate it, have to immediately change lane? That will not give other vehicles/motorists enough time to react wor... i normally open signal for few seconds only change lane. That's why that defeated the purposes of one-touch-signal |

QUOTE(grinnfrownin @ Jun 30 2017, 11:49 AM) Im of same opinion that 3 blinks is way too short..Anyway, you can double tap the blinker to keep blinker on. Macam ni quite troublesome wor.. I mah as well just open signal? haha.. easier. Tap: blink blink tap blink blink blink Should be at least 4-5 sec per tap. That only make sense haha |

Just wondering did anyone bring their manual and argue with the SC when SC overcharged them?

QUOTE(babylon52281 @ Aug 13 2017, 02:26 PM) What do you mean? If you go by the essentials in manual, no way can SC overcharge you at point of servicing. If however, you found that you have unknowingly agreed to extras after servicing done, then thats just lesson well learned and not to fall into their trap next time. We live and learn. I mean before the service, they will normally quote you the price based on the PC screen, so will you bring out the manual and point the manual price to him? Haha |

QUOTE(babylon52281 @ Aug 13 2017, 05:47 PM) Manual only states what needs to be replaced. It doesnt state how much it costs. Honda website do. Thank you for your clarificationUnless you worry SC overspec the replacement parts (semi-synth change to full synth, normal filters change to topspec filters, std brake pads change to Bendix Metal Kings, etc), then that might be a possibility. Its always buyers beware, and if you have doubts then change ur svc ctr. |
