Dear all, hope to seek some advice/help on my first time purchase from JD UK, I've placed my order for a pair of shoes directly from JD UK (not JD MY) on 11th Aug 2017, which costs GBP25.00 and a delivery fee of GBP14.99 so all in total it costs GBP39.99, and JD UK sent me an email stating that my order has been dispatched on 12th Aug 2017 together with a tracking number (not to be confused with order number), but they did not state where and how should i track my parcel using their given tracking number, has anyone encountered this before? What else are my options to track my parcel using their tracing number? as their UK website says around 10 days to receive my order, as till now 16th Aug 2017 I haven't received any updates from them on how to use the tracking number, has anyone here encountered this situation before? Thank you very much.
