Due to the geographical distance between Msians and the servers of WoW hosted in the US somewhere.. it'll be close to impossible to get 200ms and below at the moment. If youré right at the data centers.. you might get about 180ms or so.. that's the best I've seen for a connection to the US servers.

800ms is playable by my definition. If you're a healer and you're raiding it's likely you will get people killed tongue.gif Its playable, but tedious.

Wireless tech for now will never compare to landlines in terms of latency. That said, to see that Jaring FLITE tech can get 100ms for their first hop, it is already quite amazing for a wireless device(though it'll never compare to my sub 20ms to the nearest telekom exchange via landline streamyx).

Support wise, jaring probably have a smaller customer base. makes it easier for them to attend to you. tmnet has a gazillion of customers.. so.. yeah. take a number and wait tongue.gif

you would probably also like to know who is their immediate upstream and whether that upstream is as close to WoW servers as possible. for this you probably need to get some networking guru to help you dig out these information. tongue.gif

lag spikes - you'll get them with both providers. it could happen due to disruption to the international links or maybe poor copper quality at your homes, or the wireless (although the claim nothing disrupts it), you might still get some sort of interference at some point tongue.gif

ran out of 2cents.
