hmm...so actually now we can still top up using credit card to RM10k and then come 25th that time, only pay ptptn...right? but with RM1 fee

then after 25th only next month onwards i guess... RM1k top up limit credit card... .

1) cc/dc topup limit is rm1k per month
2) ptptn/sspn payment will be imposed rm1 fee



technically, you need 2 weeks to hit rm10k topup limit becos there is rm5k per week limit


for now, try to maximize rm10k topup first like you said laugh.gif laugh.gif

since payment limit is rm3k per day, you need total 4x rm1 fee as the cost.

Hope that SSPN will up b4 25 July too...

BTW, my payment to SSPN on 1 July still yet to updated in SSPN acc... hopefully tonight can see that..

how do i unfrozen it? contact customer service?

this is helpful..i tried to browse around inside the app...i cannot see something like bigpay..where you can froze/unfreeze your card...

Freeze the card when you are not using it, to avoid unauthorized transactions.

is it when the balance is zero..you cannot freeze it? i tried to freeze and it says fail.
