go to jl audio's website and look at the model of your amp, it gives u the optimum power needed to power the sub as well as the enclosure needed to have the sub perform at its best level.

another way is to go to your trusted installer and look for an amp which is suitable for the sub

i cant find jl amp in stores !

they r onli found in SG currently... but i haf seen some shops selling them.. not sure if it is ori o imitation..

by looking at the price i seriously doubt its genuine

yet there r still naive ppl thinking tat it is genuine...

my sub got dual 4 ohm and can connect kind of connection
1 is connect is series and another is parallel
series will be 8 ohm
parallel wil be 2ohm only !
anyone know got different between the bass?

if u use 8 ohm.. then u'll haf less power.. (normal amp does not haf the rating for 8 ohm but u can c that when the ohm gets smaller, the power rating tends to b bigger)

if u use 2 ohm.. then u'll haf more power..

hmmm.. 8 ohm tends 2 b soft n less punchy but 2 ohm sounds harder n solid..
