Well, it has been banned in Philippines tournament. You can check their previous tournament. 5 Necronomicon is just an example. I believe that 2 already can disrupt the whole strategy of your opponents.

Lets say engager of combo such as Sand King and EarthShaker that has lower mana pool that is enough for them to execute 1 combo only, enlighten me on how does this heroes counter the presence of 4 level 3 Necronomicon Archers? Buy Soul Booster? If this is the case then maybe its a good thing since we can see how teams adapt to it and come out with a new combo all a new strategy to overcome this.

1st this is not philipines + your opponent spent 6000 to counter your hero, and u cant spend $$ to counter back their item?

just follow the rules that you want to take part. if you feel the rules is against you.. then don't join loh.... if not.. then mah join loh...
further arguement is useless coz the tourney just 2 more day from now on. and... which team able to adapt the tournement rules and come out with new thing.. surely have chances to be champion or at top...

I would really want to see which team dare to try 5 Necronomicons in the tournament. If they think that 5 Necronomicons are really imba, prove it in the tournament. There are too many aspects that needed to be considered whether they want to invest the money in necronomicon.

odin u song song lo... i still dont believe dota getting more crazy... last time i host not much ppl join de... not fair!

well, the reliality of competitive DOTA scene in msia is now only a handfull of the more seasoned teams have real chance of winning tourneys, others just there to make up the numbers.....

so u will see those "number" teams disapearring after 1 or 2 unsucessful tryout in tourneys....

if u notice, for a low entry fee of RM50, this tourney also barely attract over 32 teams ( not sure how many actually show up on the day), compared to last time when even entry fee of RM 100 that can easily attract 64 teams to join....

another thing is tourney prize money also "kecut" jor...... now most grand prize for each tourney maybe about 2-3k and add in some gifts, so the attraction not as big loh....

but i think this year SMM RM30K tourney will attract back the fans,
