Ipad cannot access using correct Apple ID, cannot access into Ipad. how to reset?

how to Reset to factory default if i can't access my ipad in the beginning?
tried entering the correct Apple ID & password and it said the apple Id entered cannot be used to unlock the device. tried creating New Apple ID account but still cannot access too. Please help! thanks! |

you can't unless you have the password that is used to activate find my iphone/ipad. Creating a new account will not help you.

bring back to service centre with original receipt. they will open for u
my fren iphone locked by another email. only apple service centre can open |

but if the ipad is like 5 years ago, how much will apple center charge for resetting to default?
