Hey PM me. I heard the mosque plan is an old plan last time. the works last year was actually to clear the site to tackle dengue.

and my friend staying in Arahill told me there was actually another plot of majlis agama land opposite his condo that used to build water tank instead finally. there is already a new mosque Majlis Ara Damansara so there might be a chance that no upcoming mosque in such close proximity.

to me a small surau is better than another high rise condo lol on that empty land opposite AraTre

So far Urbana and Potpourri have got their lease renewed so land office should approve this renewal as well.

anyway the existing lease still very long until 2097. so even not renewed also not an issue for subsale and refinancing.

Those walking distance to LRT is quite limited in supply. H20, AraGreens, Verde, Potpourri are much further than AraTre.

AraTre is much closer than Urbana as it has a side gate which opens closer to Pacific Place. 650m to be exact.

7 mins walk based on google maps.

there are even residents of Nova Saujana walking from their condo via overhead link bridge across airport road to LRT ara damansara. so AraTre is definitely within the walkability

layout wise, facilities and parking allocations given is okay.

2 bathrooms for 2 bedders is very useful for 2 persons or more.
2 car parks also comes in handy.

I am currently staying in another condo 1+1 bedders with only 1 bath. It is very troublesome as 2 of us have to scramble for the only toilet bowl. LOL.

the only thing with AraTre is the traffic. hopes DASH highway will alleviate the traffic as most of the people jamming airport road seems to come from Subang 2 side. Internet shows there are 800k population in Subang 2. LOL.

If you looking for invest, then LRT should help as now in PJ not many new condos is walking distance to LRT. LRT 3 had been delayed further so better stick with LRT 1.

As you can see item 1 to 6, initially it was for PERUMAHAN (housing) then MBPJ amend the plan to have the amenities (pos office, bomba, polis etc.)

Personally I reckon this MBPJ latest plan is better as less housing and density in that locality.

and pos office can prove useful to the community there too.
