The MBPJ land is located opposite of Ara Tre site,  2.97acre, 1 road seperate between this 2 pieces of land. Not sure  which part of this 2.97 acre land will be used to build mosque.

The only thing I dont like about this one is the Leasehold 80 years (I heard). But shd be attractive for rent, but hopefully not the kind of tenants Pacific Place gets.

there is azan for the surau near to speedmart. I am staying nearby, i can hear it during 5-6pm time..

You need to ask the agent follow up for you. My agent very helpful, get me Nice&Cheap unit as their company bulk purchase the project. Day1 we bought, Day3 email her Documents. Day4 loan approved. Day 5 arrange sign LO, SPA&LA in one shot. One week later my agent help me collect the stamping copy at the Lawyer Firm and pass it to me. Then my sister use it to withdraw the EPF account 2 money.
