I just placed my deposit last week... Understand from my agent last week that developer wont renew the lease tenure.

Most likely upon completion will have about 77years remaining...Sigh...

Im getting for own stay ... so by then i would have gone to another dimension bruce.gif

She is a nice and understanding agent... i did throw tantrum at her abit during the process but she still provide excellent service

Also, i bought the 1195sf , tower A with sky garden

But i feel is good location for me...SnP sign date understand is mid april but now some ppl say May.

Actually you are right... i'm kinda in doubt and worry too.
As mentioned by Bellefire, I guess LO from bank is still safe to sign.

As for S&P, I personally still feel safe to sign as it wont take effect until it is stamped with Comm of Oath.
BUT, (a big BUT) sign S&P means need to pay the 5% loh.... i also feel more comfortable if APDL is sought before proceed la....

So in dilemma now...!!! half of my body already inside the pool liao.... sweat.gif

Hi All,

I'm the first batch buyer for 1195 sq ft.

Question - Has anyone gotten their stamped SPA yet?
I was told that stamped SPA only potentially only happen in end Mar'19.

Appreciate your kind response.
