Keen to know block B price as well coz my agent told me it's likely to increase 5%. I booked a unit in block A.

What I heard is blk A left only large units. Block B not opened for sale yet but some agents already collect cheques from interested buyers, Im not sure how the SA book the unit in blk B. I guess some of them are close to the developer.

My SA said Initially was side by side, but developer is required to increase visitors parking in order to get APDL, so small units will change to tandem car parks.

The piece of land include pacific place, dana 1 and symphony, not easy to just renew aratre alone, I guess. Put it this way, the lease term makes the selling price cheaper and enable buyers who can't afford SHC,Titijaya and SimeD projects and cant pay huge downpay for subsale, own a property in AD. I noticed a lot of buyers of this project are young professionals
