I went during the pre-launch but was more keen on Tower B.. hehe.. cheaper SPA price too so even after comparing Tower A & B... Tower B still ended up cheaper (after all the discounts).... plus with more free stuffs (their incentive to sell more lah since lesser "view"). And for Tower B they were giving additional 2% rebate for early birds... so total rebate was 12%.

Anyhow we booked a unit on the floor with the garden

for block B rebate small unit no more propose price, so it is slightly higher,

for big unit it come with 12% discount and free wall drop for all the room,

Not sure.  I was under the impression that it is side by side.  Can anybody advise?

Hmm.  I whatsapp the SA this morning, and he replied "The car park is all side by side".  Will hold developer on this.  BTW, how do I join the FB group?

I got the old price list, just notice Block A 16th floor cheapest price. May I know why?
