I have bought this unit considering the following:

1. Good rental yield at this area (can refer to Urbana) considering that there are quite a number of working professionals (Korean and Japanese) in Symphony Tower and Oasis Square.
2. Same developer that built Citta Mall and Puncak Nusa Kelana Condo. Pay a visit to Citta Mall and you will notice it has so many high profile restaurants opened in the mall recently, it is
now bought over and managed by Ara Aset (a subsidiary of Lee Ka Shing). Puncak Nusa Kelana Condo i personally think that the building is awesome inside despite of the age of the building, try to pay a visit as a visitor.
3. Upon completion, there will be DASH highway connected to the area, and proposed LRT3 and MRT2 will be connected to LRT2.
4. Lowest price in the area if compared to similar projects.

However, the cons are:
1. During peak hour for now, the traffic is terrible along the main road (Jalan Lapangan Terbang Subang)
2. Leasehold
3. The commercial area beside is pretty dead
