So that's why Ara Tre owners should also write in to voice their objection on the plan like the owners of Urbana and PSK. Since Ara Tre's developer is Puncak Dana and related to the state government, you guys may have a better chance the voice objection, even though the mosque has been approved by MBPJ. 

I am surprised that there's not much discussion on this here. Are buyers/owners completely oblivious with what will be built opposite of their condo?

Yeap. Land clearing now. With that activity going on, it's difficult to make a decision to buy or not. I myself am puzzled if the already purchased owner knows about it and if they do, does it matter to them? And also, the about to buy happy potential, are they aware there is such thing? Because I am somewhat very certain that most if not all, agents that is selling will never sell it by saying....oh ya... There will be a mosque right across the road. So once you sign and you find out and if you ask the agent, what do you think they will tell you? My experience tell me this will be their answer, " oh.. yea correct there will be one la but no problem la " . Small matter. Highly advise any potential buyer to at least first know about this building before putting any form of deposit. If you know and you still decide to buy, that's a different story. But from my personal experience, many ppl I speak to...in fact....everyone I spoke to say no thanks to considering it, which means if it's for investment, it's not going to be one that you can sell easily. If it's for own stay...that....will be your personal discretion if you are fine with it. Some times it not just about the noise. The traffic ( assuming ppl will go masjid ), will also be an issue. If not everyday....just imagine Friday. Not like the area is a quiet light traffic area.

Maisson is much further away from Masjid Ara Damansara as compared to the new mosque is to Ara Tre though. Besides that, requesting to lower the volume of the azan is a highly sensitive issue and could be interpreted as seditious to certain quarters.

or if you look on the bright side, with few mosques within close proximity, people may choose to go to the bigger ones to perform friday prayers? thus slightly reducing roadside parking?
