Tried to gather more info again. SA said yes basically we will wait for APDL to be released. Once APDL obtained, then they will call us to sign S&P.
So i guess once LO received, we can proceed to sign first to accept LO then we wait lor....

Can any SA in this thread here confirm this too?

Yes you're right.. 21st floor is lower than 20th price...
not sure why also..
