sorry don't have the tool to measure the bandwidth but theoretically with higher frequency it should much more faster than lower frequency on band 5..

for calculation we can say it is like this:

band 5
(5/20) x 150Mbps = 37.5Mbps

while band 38
(10/20) x 150Mbps = 75Mbps

this is not 100% accurate.. just rough calculation only.. don't take it as reference..
