QUOTE(mayang @ Feb 1 2017, 11:07 AM) You are right. My opinion just to express that other telco also can give cheap data per/Gb. Examples : RM7=10Gb burung hantu or YouTube weekly from celcom. That mean 70sen per/Gb. Nowadays standard cost per/Gb in Malaysia is RM3. Actually celcom can give retail price RM1 per/Gb but it not implemented, just on promotion days. You mean we save more $$ if just want to use telco to download movies, series and anime in HD without capped speed right?Back to webe, we pay RM84 monthly and apply to the cost of RM1 per/Gb, we got 84Gb. This is my reason if anyone use below than 100Gb per month with webe, better to choose another telco. This opinion only valid for users with heavy data usage per month and use webe as for internet data only. Not for someone with heavy calls. Just talk, no serious. Well burung hantu still help me a lot when come to download. New CNY promo pay RM7/week get more 20GB worth of data to torrent movie and tv series. So for RM14/week with CNY promo with burung hantu you already get more 40GB whopping of data. You pay 1st week RM7 for 20GB. And 2nd week RM7 also 20GB. Total RM14 for 40GB of data in 2 WEEKS!!! 80GB data for one month. For just RM28 more you get 80GB data with IBH!!! First Gold Plus kalah already. IBH beat RM115-RM28=RM87 You save RM87 in 1 MONTH!!! » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « This post has been edited by Anime in HD: Feb 1 2017, 01:38 PM |

Can we subscribe two webe broadband?
I mean 30GB+30GB=60GB. Very cheap. Celcom already more than RM160 with First Platinum(60GB). Conclusion: RM169.60-RM125.08=RM44.52. So we save more money with webe Broadband. This post has been edited by Anime in HD: Mar 12 2017, 06:59 PM |

QUOTE(GameSky @ Mar 13 2017, 01:41 PM) Still better deal than Streamyx combo 2mbps for RM120/month. You get unlimited 2Mbps speed. While other telco only give 64kbps speed. And webe broadband capped at 128kbps. Faster than big telco. |

QUOTE(antwebty @ Apr 1 2017, 06:31 PM) Forget about buying LTE Band 5 supported devices, it has limited use in Malaysia and even Webe is the only telco using it, soon they'll move to Band 40 (2300MHz) to make use of large bandwidth allocation. True. People more interested with faster speed even you get less wireless coverage. Most Band 5 devices such as modems out there do not support other working Bands in Malaysia other than 1800MHz. Even if you can connect with Webe on Band 5 now, you will not enjoy good speeds because of its limtied bandwidth. Better look for devices which supports FDD Band 3 and 7 as well as TDD Band 40 to future proof it. Also it'll allow you to connect to Yes 4G as well. Good thing about Band 5 is wide 4G coverage. But speed up to 20Mbps only. |
