I want to terminate my WEBE...
What is the best timing to do it?
Beginning of the month or what?

Thanks for helping

Would multiple webemobile lines in the same house affect performance?
*
it would depend entirely on your area. Some areas might be served by only one tower while others might be blessed with multiple towers. If your devices are connected to different towers, it won't affect much. Well, that's the infrastructure point of view. In terms of congestion, some areas are very low profile and you can hog all the bandwidth available while some other areas are packed with users that are struggling to grasp a piece of the bandwidth. It's not certain and it will change at different time. That's the beauty and ugly of a mobile service. rclxub.gif

WeBe not good meh?
I think can terminate online.
Not sure if it prorate but do ask online.
I only know Celcom when terminated.. Their TnC stated clearly they will charge one month regardlessly.

WEBE is ok only at my place..around 2mbps.
But sometimes need to enter airplane mode to fix the connection problem.
One month I can use around 30GB..

Pay RM80++ for 30GB is not worth..
Coz now I have digi 98 and 110 (my wife) plus BB100..
I think is quite sufficient for my family usage..
Plus my digi 98 still can have RM10 for 8GB addon..

So now I think it's time to say good bye to WEBE...

by the way, ive test webe at my office at cyberjaya
on the same phone. iphone 6 plus. only change sim card. between celcom and webe
and do speed test.
webe 2-3 mbps. celcom 15mbps.

the only difference is the sim. test on speedtest.net on same server. multiple times.

the way i see it, webe caps the bnadwidth. marketed as unlimited bandwidth. celcom doesnt cap its bandwidth(or 15mbps is the capped)

mine also like that a few weeks ago, but when using 3g, 4g can connect without any problem. can get 10Mbps even only 2 bar.. so i suspect celcom tower at my place down at that moment.

Just ported out from UMobile as well!

Make sure that you type "YES", not "Yes" or "yes" because the SMS is case sensitive!

I agree. I'm sure they have the infrastructure to provide at least a stable service but they keep going back to their p1 tactics.

Will port out soon back to digi
