have anyone encountered this? everytime after I made or received call, network automatically set to 3g then need to manually select network again to get 4g lte.

first month bill, rm140.. rm8 gst..
deducted rm106 (this is for the first time when we agreed to sign up for webe) still have to pay rm42.55... i dont understand the bil.. this is from my friends account.. can someone enlighten me? |

guys need help. anyone ported out from digi to webe? I cleared up some outstanding balance from my digi account the other day and immediately requested to resubmit mnp on webe live chat. I was told that the confirmation sms will come within 24 hours. its already 2 days
 is this normal? cant contact live chat now due to congestion |
