Actually medicine is very different..u can't comment on it unless u in it..ur school achievement is nothing and can't reflect anything once u take this course..it's just how u adapt with it..

trust me only 10% of what u learned in school is being using back..the rest are rubbish...

I think the only problem is attitude of our doctors...some Dr dont even have an eye contact when treating patient...sigh

Are u sure we have very messed up doctor training system??Dont just make an assumption please...FYI local graduates is hard to pass compared to overseas one..

I thought only 4 flat student can enter local medicine??

But overseas...2.5 pointer also can enter..even spm fail also can once i heard damn seems like money can buy anything..
