Knowing your basic sciences well is the very very important to study medicine. You will know about it in med school. Even those maths statistics part that you thought were useless (standards deviation, graph etc) will come in during med school.

If you have the money, time and results feel free to enroll at another UNI, I have seen a few cases of this happening in my Uni, all from russian medical schools coming in

FYi this year september intake MMMC my friend got in with B+ B+ B- in stpm. Dont believe what they said when you ask them things, even IMu said BBC hard to enter but I got friends entering with BBC. The thing is you apply then go for the interview, accept or not is later. The people you talk to when you ask about admissions are not the ones making decisions
JPA contract is crap, IMU also has JPA contract and they just allow the JPA students to come in without proper interview(interview 3 days before intake date, tell me it was serious?) and borderline results
About AIMST waiting list also, don't believe what they tell you, all the people I know that applied for aimst this year got an offer but because the offer came too late they already enrolled off somewhere.

BTW if aimst tell you about waiting list, the person is trying to tell you to pay him some money to guarantee a place. It happens, I know a doctor here that can guarantee you a place in aimst but you need to pay him. If you are in taiping, you can ask around, you would definitely hear about this doctor

I am not sure if my friend has any cable. His father is a kasturba mc graduate 30 years ago. He applied for Gajah Mada Uni and also MMMC he got both the offer but he chose MMMC.
Another friend went to RPMC after all the trouble of getting a place in AIMST.
Anyway IMU student enrollment is getting lesser and lesser with so many other universities popping up (msu, and forgot wats the others) so don't be surprised if they relax the intake requirement. Go check out this year's batch or maybe you could check out next year's batch. When my friend applied for IMU, they told him if you do not have straight As your chance of acceptance is very low, but eventually he applied and got the offer which came too late and he ended up in UCSI.
IMU ME108 I found some with 90% on Ausmat result and there are some even lower. Even all Bs from A levels.
