Who actually owns the small plot of space?
I am just thinking if suddenly my neighbor parks a big lorry like a refrigerator truck or those with canvas at that spot for days. It kind of becomes an eye sore for me.
What if I choose to plant trees there then, so nobody gets the parking?

Yes it is enough space for one car without obstructing the road. And that plot of space is connect to my front porch which is cemented nicely by the developer.
